We strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used laboratory consumables
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items without original packaging or labels
• Clearance or special discounted items (if applicable)

3. Damaged / Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos or videos as proof
• We will offer replacement or full refund after verification

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear shipping cost
• For other returns, customer may bear return shipping charges

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
