đŸ§Ș MediLytic Ammonia Reagent – 10 ml

Category: ✔ Biochemistry Reagent
[Ammonia (NH₃) – UV Kinetic Method]

✔ Designed for quantitative estimation of Ammonia (NH₃) in serum and plasma
✔ Based on the UV Kinetic Enzymatic Method
✔ High accuracy with rapid kinetic measurement
✔ Suitable for routine clinical biochemistry laboratories
✔ Compatible with semi-auto and fully automatic biochemistry analyzers

🧬 Test Principle

✔ Based on the UV Kinetic Enzymatic Method
✔ Ammonia reacts with α-ketoglutarate in the presence of Glutamate Dehydrogenase (GLDH) and NADPH
✔ NADPH is oxidized to NADPâș during the reaction
✔ The decrease in absorbance at 340 nm is directly proportional to the ammonia concentration in the sample

đŸ§« Analyte Measured

✔ Ammonia (NH₃)

đŸ©ž Sample Type

✔ Serum
✔ EDTA Plasma
✔ Heparin Plasma

⏱ Reaction / Reading Time
